Description
This 1-day seminar is designed to cover the elemental recommendations for hose applications, specifications and the features/benefits that customers require. A review of Insta-Lock™ fittings will be included, along with an overview of the Industrial Hose Virtual Catalog and Hose Select Apps.
Target Audience
Designed for inside/outside salespeople, sales engineers and key warehouse staff who have completed the ContiTech Home Study Course and have at least three months of general hose experience.
Objectives
Through discussions, examples and exercises, attendees will be able to:
› Ask the right questions and use the information to make the best recommendations.
› Locate and use the hose specifications, features and benefits to present the recommendation.
› Demonstrate the “why” of and corrective action for typical hose failures.
› Describe basic aspects of safety in hose applications.
› Recognize special hose products and state possible sales approaches for these specialized markets.
