Description
This training spans 2.5 days and focuses on creating, identifying, delivering and capturing value for customers by improving their business results. The training includes presentations from supplier partners and our technical team on using safety as a selling feature, raising the bar on your selling skills, understanding differences in compounds, failure analysis, the STAR Hose Trakker system, the UL Audit process, a facility tour and much more.

Target Audience
Because this course is advanced in format, the people who will benefit most are experienced commercial managers, salespeople and sales engineers with proven successes in benefit/feature selling. It is not recommended for operational people or customer service associates.

Objectives
Upon completion of this course, attendees will be able to:
› Perform and analyze challenging hose applications.
› Discuss alternative recommendations with product information and technical data from competitive anaylsis.
› Complete the NAHAD Assembly Guidelines training.
› Explain the value concepts of crimped fittings and expense of steam.
› Plan and conduct a sales call using the technical information and value-selling skills.
